Overview
The refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unworn.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Contact your bank if needed
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

Exchanges
I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to do an exchange, please visit the Contact page.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please visit the Contact page.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted
I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
